The Administration Building is home to the Chief Executive Officer who is assisted by the Executive Support Officer. The CEO is supported by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

As well as overseeing the entire operation of WAMS, the CEO is also on many Boards (some as Chairperson) which requires her to travel extensively. This enables her to keep abreast of what is happening outside of WAMS which, in turn, aids her in knowing which direction WAMS should be moving forward.

The Finance Department is also housed here and consists of the Finance Officer, Finance Assistant and Administration Assistants.
