RECEPTION
Rosalyn is the Senior Receptionist and is the first contact for patients of WAMS.
She is also qualified to provide venipuncture services (taking blood) as an Aboriginal Healthworker - Clinical.
She guides people through the doors to staff they need to see.
Rosalyn is a source of information for staff - phone numbers, resources, 'where is it' and Medicare.
Without Rosalyn as the head of the reception team, staff would find more time is taken on locating essential contacts.
